Terms and Conditions for Sustainzy Student Membership

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between [Sustainzy] (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) and individuals (“Students,” “you”) who register for a student membership and use our services. By signing up for a membership or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for student membership, you must be:

• A student enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
• If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Membership and Account

• Upon signing up, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, educational institution, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your information current and accurate.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login details and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
• You agree not to share your account with others. In case of detection of multiple user control the account may be terminated. No complaints or reactivation requests may be entertained further. The same user will be debarred from using the portal for 5 years.

3. Payment Terms

• Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your membership plan. Prices are displayed on the membership page and are subject to change, without notice provided to any existing members.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made through secure, trusted payment gateways (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods). Your payment details will be encrypted and processed in compliance with industry standards to ensure privacy and security.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be provided based on the Company’s refund policy, which may vary by product or service. Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@sustainzy.org within 3 days of purchase.
• Automatic Renewals: Memberships will renew automatically at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel your membership at least 30 days before the renewal date.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for the administration of your membership and delivery of services, including your name, email address, and payment details.
• Data Usage: Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing educational services and improving your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
• Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption protocols and security measures to protect your personal information and payment data. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
• Student Data: As part of the educational services, you may submit assignments, quizzes, and other learning materials. This data will only be used for educational purposes and will not be shared without your explicit consent.
• Parental Rights: For students under the age of 18, parents or guardians may request access to their child’s personal information or request deletion of their data by contacting us at conatct@sustainzy.org.

5. User Conduct

• You agree to use the platform solely for educational purposes.
• You must not engage in any activities that violate our content policy, including uploading harmful or unlawful content, cheating on assessments, or misusing the platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in activities that breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content provided through the Company’s services, including videos, assessments, and learning materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may use this content only for personal educational purposes and must not share, copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality educational resources, the Company is not liable for any errors, interruptions, or other issues that may arise with our services.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from your use of the platform, your reliance on educational content, or any technical issues.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting us at contact@sustainzy.org. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify on website or through the platform. Continued use of the services after the changes go into effect signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
